Dedicated to training in Seito Shito-ryu
traditional Japanese karate, Northwest Karate-do meets at Gold's
Gym in Smokey Point and Everett.
We welcome visitors to watch us train and we are always looking
for new members. Beginning in karate doesn't require any special
equipment so it is easy to give karate a try and experience
it for yourself.
Whether training for competition, fitness or self defense,
our students receive the benefits of increased confidence, and
a greater sense of self awareness.
